Legacara opened in Bangkok in 2019, the result of a simple observation: many families carry a sincere wish to record their history and bring some structure to their documents, but find that the topic quickly becomes complicated by emotion, unfamiliar terms, and a shortage of calm guidance.
Our founders — a family facilitator and a records management specialist — decided to address this directly. They created a small practice offering workshops, administrative toolkits, and educational programmes designed around the real pace of family life in Thailand.
Everything we do is framed as education and administrative support. We do not provide legal or financial advice, and we do not act as intermediaries. Our job is to help families understand their options and organise their own materials, at a pace that feels right to them.

Lead Family Facilitator
Siriporn has spent over a decade working alongside families on sensitive conversations about records, memory, and planning. She leads our workshop and facilitation programmes.
Panu Kositchaivat
Records Organisation Specialist
Panu brings a background in document management and administrative systems. He designs the filing structures and templates at the heart of our Estate Records Toolkit.
Nattaya Wichian
Educational Programme Coordinator
Nattaya holds a background in adult education and curriculum design. She develops the content for our Succession Literacy programme and manages ongoing group access.

The same careful approach applies across every programme we offer.
Confidentiality Protocol
Personal information shared during sessions is treated with full discretion. We have no data-sharing arrangements and do not store family records.
Administrative Boundaries
Our scope is clearly defined. We organise and educate; we do not interpret documents or advise on legal or financial matters.
Informed Consent
Families receive a clear description of each programme before committing. There are no surprise components and no unexplained costs.
Practitioner Development
Team members attend regular training in facilitation techniques, adult learning methods, and records management practices.
Post-Programme Follow-Up
After each programme, families receive a summary of what was covered and are welcome to return with questions at no additional cost for thirty days.
Impartial Facilitation
Our facilitators do not take sides in family discussions. We create a structured space for conversation — all participants are heard equally.
Estate Organisation and Legacy Education in Bangkok
Legacara sits within a small but meaningful segment of Bangkok's professional services landscape: family-facing educational and administrative organisations that focus on long-term preparedness rather than immediate transactions. Our three programmes — legacy storytelling, records organisation, and succession literacy — address different points in a family's journey.
The Family Legacy Storytelling Workshop is particularly well-suited to multigenerational families who want to capture oral histories before they fade. Using structured prompts and simple recording methods, families leave with a durable account of their shared past in a format that can be passed on.
The Estate Records Organisation Toolkit is practical and straightforward. Many individuals and families in Thailand hold a mix of documents across multiple institutions, languages, and formats. The Toolkit brings these into a single, navigable structure that family members can maintain without outside assistance going forward.
The Succession Literacy & Family Meeting Facilitation Programme addresses a different need: the conversational dimension of planning. Families often hold very different assumptions about what is reasonable or expected. A neutral facilitation environment, supported by plain-language educational material, helps families surface those assumptions and have productive conversations at their own pace.
All three programmes are available independently or in sequence. Many families find that beginning with the storytelling workshop creates a sense of shared purpose that makes subsequent conversations about records and succession feel more natural.
